There’s also the group of 10+ men near the LRT crossing next to superstore who get high and drunk everyday. Constantly they scream at each other and once in a while you get a budget boxing match

I mean, thousands of people live and walk through the area daily and life goes on as normal. You're not unsafe walking from the Deane House to a hotel.
Spends a bunch of time in area, but sounds too scared to spend time in area.
