That San Jose-Detroit game last night was bonkers.
Scoreless game until ~10:00 in the 2nd period, then Detroit goes up 4-0, then San Jose comes back to tie it at 4-4 going into the 3rd, including with 2 shorthanded goals on the same penalty. Detroit goes up 5-4 in the 3rd only for San Jose to tie it late with the goalie pulled, then win in overtime.
They came within seconds of breaking the record for quickest 6 goals scored in an NHL game.
