To answer the original question.

The first is type of stink bug, maybe this one:

https://www.insectsofalberta.com/dirtcoloredseedbug.htm

The second I can't tell from the photos. I'm guessing it's a moth. Would need to get a better angle of the wings. Could also be a mayfly, if it has projections coming off the back of abdomen, that I can't see in the picture.

Third is aphids.

Aphids can be wiped out with a high pressure spray from your garden hose, no soapy contamination necessary. Once they are knocked off the leaves they don’t climb up again and die on the ground.

Which is a great tip, when you can use a garden house again...for now it's the soap.

Oh Calgary, poor Calgary. I was going to mention you were excluded from the hose advice but I didn’t want to sound condescending

It's possible he's still looking for these answers five years later.

We can take it, we are used to getting hosed.

As a side note, here is another reason life is better in Calgary. These venomous creatures take up residence in my house in Toronto:

NSFW!

They move crazy fast. We would all be dead if these things were much larger.

Those are venomous? Points for not writing “poisonous.”

House centipedes are one of the most common house-critters here in the midwest.
They are fairly good to have around. They'll eat any other pests, like roaches and ants.
They can bite, and have very mild venom, but this is pretty harmless and very rare. They can get huge (you should see the cave varieties).

As for the OP, the second picture is a Hydroptilidae, more specifically, probably a Agraylea sexmaculata.
