Please no Smith in net. He was horrible last time we played in St Louis

I read a quote from Tkachuk indicating STL beat COL and they have a lot of very good players. Always a stiff challenge especially in their building.
CGY played well defensively last game so let’s see if they can consistently put that kind of defensive effort out while still making plays and playing fantastic all around.

Play hard, play smart, play fast.

Would love to see coach give Rittich a shot at this back to back after a strong performance similar to what he does for Smith when he puts up similar strong games. Great to see Backlund back, the guy's value to this lineup is very underrated. We see it when he's out and they have to put Ryan in his spot, so I don't understand why in the same breath people still want to push Backlund down to the third line.

Would love to see Rittich back in net today. Back-to-back or not, he deserves it. These games against bottom feeders are all winnable, and if Smith lets in a stinker or two, we likely lose unless the offence can explode for 5 or 6 goals to give him some insurance. Smith looked pretty good for those 6 games, but I'm still not comfortable with him in net right now.

They seem to tend against starting guys the first gamefter a callup. But if they think it's a heavier game, maybe. It's also possible that Czarnik sits, not Quine.

Maybe or maybe because Mangiapane was hot garbage yesterday.

Did Bennett hurt his hand in the fight? I saw him flinch in pain after throwing a punch. Good to see Rittich get the back to back.

He went to the room after a hit to the boards from Pateryn (?) after the fight.

Tkachuk and Czarnik showed some good chemistry in the past. I wonder if Peters goes with that - also he likes Czarnik better on the right side. If so, this is a big chance for Czarnik hopefully he can take full advantage.

He went down the tunnel yesterday after a hit yesterday. Seems to be related to that per Cassie Campbell.
