Last years success has really scrambled setting this franchise up for long term success.

The really frightening part is despite massive overpayments to Schmidt, Tuch and (arguably) Theodore, McPhee wasn't willing to give Neal $5.75 million. That makes me scared for how stupid the Neal signing exactly was.
