Hopefully the last few games show the Flames how disposable the second pairing is. Don't think they've improved the team defensively whatsoever, outside of a couple games.

Maybe BT will feel confident about dealing one or both for the needed skill up front.

Just finish the season strong... This may me off topic and a little "ranty", but Bennett really needs to prove himself worthy of a top 6 spot for next season with these last few games. We're patiently waiting on him to break out, but if he doesn't achieve that we may be shopping him either at the TDL or shipping his RFA rights away during the 2019 draft.

Taking my daughter to her first Flames game tonight. I'm sure we will only last a few periods (she's 4) but at this point all I'm looking forward to is Harvey the Hound and a malt (or 2).

I’d like to see the Flames get Bennett a shooting coach in the off-season. He gets his chances but struggles to finish.

Let us know if you have much luck getting close to Harvey. The last few games I’ve brought my daughters, the game was terrible and we only got a couple of looks at Harvey from the other side of he done.

The way GG runs this roster is just so strange. It makes very little sense in so many cases. I can only imagine how frustrated I'd be as a player on this team. I think it would be so difficult to be a happy member of this team.

Imagine being Bennett and seeing all the young guys being put in a position to succeed, and all the bums GG keeps putting with Monahan and Gaudreau, and when you finally get that chance and look good you get pulled off that line. Oh, and being passed up for Troy freakin’ Brouwer on the PP.

Bennett must be frustrated. I want a new coach to come in and tell Bennett he’s playing on the first line, we don’t care if he struggles a bit, just go out and play.
