Vancouver is finally playing Boeser. He just assisted on a PPG.

I fee like Bjugstads drop was poor management and injuries. Always felt he had the size and skill to turn it around, maybe a late bloomer like Primeau.

McCann just needed some confidence and some ice time to shake off the Vancouver hang over. Looks like its working.

Honestly, FLA if they keep this up can be a major darkhorse in the East right beside New Jersey. They both look like they could easily supplant MTL and another team.
Boston would be my bet. Montreal for sure. Horrible centers and questionable defensemen.

Boston because they also don't have a great defense.

Injuries for sure, but he also struggled under Tom Rowe's lack of structure last year. Players like Barkov and Trocheck can create on their own without a system. Bjugstad is a player who needs a strong system to be successful.

I liked the McCann trade a lot. Last year's regression surprised me, but he came in this year stronger and extremely determined. Looks good so far this year, as he did in pre-season.

Luongo's win tonight ties him with Curtis Joseph for 4th all-time.

Brutal. Wild score a goal after Zucker is clearly off side. Video review is definitively offside and they still call it a good goal. Horrible officiating.

Oh yeah, chicago gets a penalty for the missed challenge too. Game changer situation, so these officials HAVE to get these calls right.

I don’t know what I find more surprising: that Joseph is fourth all time in wins, or that Luongo has tied him.

Dallas is off to a pretty bad start after all the hype over their great off season. They have have shored up their defence and goaltending but now they cannot score.

Clayton Keller has a pair against the Red Wings in a 2-2 game heading into the 3rd.

He's going to be an exciting player to watch and most likely the front runner for the calder

This makes me laugh at the Oilers and Canucks even more. The players drafted 6th and 7th in 2016 are doing better than the ones they drafted at 4th and 5th.

I am hoping they find a way to both lose.

That doesn't have a familiar ring to it at all?
