As for the deck, ironically I am on the look-out for a contractor to build my a roof for my existing deck. Let me know if you find someone who is good with decks.

Thanks for all your help guys, but the Millarville cheaters wound up winning after all. Honestly this was a grant coming from a hockey team, kind of makes sense that it was a rink refurb that won.
