Side story: if the Ducks lose to the Avs, they can't catch LA, who play the Jets tonight. If the Kings have nothing to play for, and they'll know by puck drop, it will let the Jets have an easier game to stay ahead of us.

Rangers go up 2-1 on a late tally by Kevin Hayes.
Surprisingly for the Red Wings, a loss by them coupled with the Bruins likely losing their game means they will clinch a playoff spot regardless of what Philly does.
