Those who don't use capitalization or apostrophes are usually just lazy.
People who use a ridiculous amount of ellipses are likely dull or thick.

I don't sing the national anthem at games, but I might yell "C" and "Red".

So basically the way John Shannon tweets. I'm 100% with you on that one.

When I'm placing a napkin on my lap, I fold the top edge about a quarter to a third of the way to the centre. By creating this fold I can grab my napkin with soiled fingers, clean my fingers on the underside of the fold, clean my thumbs with the topside, wipe my mouth with the topside, and replace the napkin as I would spread a bed sheet.

I honestly never even knew it was a social norm to put your napkin on your lap, just that people did it. I just leave it beside my plate and use it when required. I'm a barbarian.

I don't even use napkins for anything. Even when eating something like chicken wings. I just embrace the mess and wash my face/hands when I'm done eating.

And I'm not sure if it's my big lips or the way I eat or something, but I like to wipe my mouth after basically every bite. Now why would I put the napkin that I'm using to wipe my mouth and hands with on top of my clean clothes? It's senseless so I just don't do it. It's a stupid rule.
Anybody else?

This seems like a weird one. I wasn't aware you had to put it on your lap, I assumed it was just something everyone did because people are clumsy and putting it on your lap or holding in hand got it out of your way on the table.
More manners and conventions... I am pretty sure no one gives a crap about which fork or spoon to use now. Grab and go. I am also pretty sure most servers don't know the "X" or "\\" meaning of the placement of your utensils on your plate.
For sneezes, I say "A tes souhaits" for fun. Bless you or Gesundheit just sound weird to me. http://french.about.com/od/vocabular...essouhaits.htm
Instead of honking bad drivers that cut me off, I salute them. With one finger. The middle one.

There's a difference between using ellipses correctly and using them because you like to illustrate that you have trouble connecting thoughts and/or you play too many JRPGs.

Yeah I don't like getting gifts for my birthday/christmas, in fact I would rather buy my own stuff than have people buy it for me.
This is difficult to enforce with kids.
