The condos by the university (I think it's just "University"?) are basically like this.
If I recall correctly, there were floor plans that were 700 sq ft for a 2 bedroom 2 bath or 380 sq ft floor plans for a 1 bed.
Just unbelievably small. Anyone live there and can chime in to see what it's like?
It wasn't 100k per though, the condos were still market value in terms of $/sq ft, which in that area is around $400.
