After what happened last year, and the way Stajan has been a warrior through it all, playing hard every night, battling to the end, this makes the Phaneuf trade feel like an absolute win. Stajan is a heart and soul guy and I hope he retires a Flame

I would imagine he is the happiest guy right now, probably some mixed emotions after what happened last year and now they have a healthy baby boy.

Congrats! I hope he comes back and injects some energy into the room, brings in some great leadership and leads this team into the playoffs.

I think he will be a welcomed addition back to the team and I bet he plays well for the rest of the season.

That video IMO just shows a glimpse of why Stajan is respected in the room. He is calm, can talk from experience, a real team guy who supports his mates.

I have a feeling he's really going to contribute in the next few games.
