Its actually a bad idea because your body is going to take those calories and be "satiated" by them while you're asleep, meaning when you're awake you're likely going to eat even more calories to feel just as full throughout the day.
And people wonder why kids are obese nowadays, eating sugary cereal right before bed. Christ, what a terrible idea.
