Styx is great, great level design and while it is very similar to dishonored, the gameplay mechanics have some fundamental differences that give it it's own identity.

I bought Skyrim with all the dlc from GMG yesterday and spent this morning downloading mods. Looks awesome, I can't wait to get back into it

Yeah, I suppose it's similar to flight sims, for example, a game I'd play. I just found it bizarre.

Any of the daily deals today worth picking up?

That looks up my alley. Will look into it.

Hearts of Iron 3 is on sale too. That's a fun strategy game as well, if you're into that sort of thing. Seems pretty realistic on how WW2 could have gone. Last time I played I was the Germans and never ticked off the Soviets. Had England under control by 1942. Next time I want play as Canada and have a bigger role against the Japanese instead of going to Europe.

Rage is good. AC Black Flag looks good, and I just picked it up on a friends suggestion. Ruse looks like fun, just grabbed it. Metro Redux are fun; played Metro Last light and enjoyed it. Road Redemption is out, but I'm waiting for a lower price.

Rage was okay. I enjoyed it but it wasn't anything special. Metro 2033 is a personal favorite of mine even though it had a number of flaws. I haven't heard anything good about Ruse although their Wargame franchise is pretty good. I've got Wargame Airland Battle but I just haven't sat down long enough to get deep into it.

Airland Battle is great. I got the newest one "Red Dragon" the week before the steam sales Highly reccomend. 50% off on steam right now. /if you miss the sale you can still get 30% off on it's official website for being an owner of airland battle too

Rage reminded me of Mad Max and I loved the atmosphere of it.

I have Metro 2033 from a humble bundle years ago, and Last Light from PS+. That's a series I should give a chance

And it had one of if not the worst endings to a game I've ever seen.

Has the South Park game gone on flash or daily sale or should I still be looking for it?

I'm not a gamer really anymore, but I have wanted to try this game after hearing any South Park fan would like it. I'm just far to cheap to pay $50 for something I might play off and on over a few months.

I dont think it has been on sale yet. I would guess it will go on sale before the end as it has been out for some time so it cant hold that price much longer.

Now a daily deal. only $11. Or spend $13.74 and get all 3 games in the franchise.

But not a daily or flash sale which is what he was asking. Never buy games when they aren't one of the featured sales.

South Park was 66% off 3 weeks ago during the Exploration sale ($13.59).

I would expect to see a similar type of deal (or better) at some point during this sale.

Although apparently Ubisoft tends to avoid big sales.

Thanks. I saw it on for $23.99 and didn't think it was the "big" sale. Was hoping to get it for closer to $10.

I'll keep my eye on it now that I know the sale is on.

Anyone know if you need to play through Darksiders to be able to appreciate Darksiders 2?

Darksiders 2 occurs at the same time as Darksiders but the story sort of revolves around what's happening in the first game. I'd recommend you play the first simply because it's a pretty fun game in it's own right. But I imagine you could get plot points from watching a video on Youtube.

So I see South Park is a featured deal at 66% off and $13.59.

I assume this is as good as it will get and I should get it now?

Yeah it's a Daily Deal. Likely the cheapest it'll be until the summer sale or a regular price drop.
