Matt Walter is a fast guy but he doesn't have the deceptive quick by Jon Cornish. That was a good 18 yard run though.

What the heck is going on with Stampeders' defense lately? Our secondary gets exposed a lot when there is no push from the DLine. We definitely miss the likes of Charleston Hughes and Corey Mace. Even Demonte Bolden plays well on the interior.
Come on Stamps, we are gotta stop the Eastern team domination this week. 10 behind in the 4th now.

I hate that you can challenge a penalty but it allowed them to get the call right

I am happy with no PI on any team because they were fighting for position. Whoever threw that flag is freaking blind.

Seriously?? Our offense is not that good today. Tate can't throw the ball deep. He's probably still having issues with his arm. Last week he was okay with some deep ball, but not today. Our defense are just not good today and so as the Special Team. It looks like the Stamps are not even prepared to play this game.

It is over!!
All Montreal defense has to do is pressure Tate and go after the short passes because I must have counted how many times Drew Tate threw the ball deep. ZERO!

Calgary lost the battle on the line of scrimmage today and that was it. Tate doesn't have that great an arm and when his accuracy isn't there he won't do much damage

I guess part of the reason the OLine starting to get beat was it takes Tate a long time to find a receiver. He might see an open receiver deep but his arm does not allow him to throw to that receiver. He tried to throw some deep ball but he was way off. Not blaming the lost on Drew Tate alone because the defense gave up a lot of big plays and Cunningham was not sharp in finding a hole. Sucks to see the Stamps lose but that how it goes. At least they didn't lose to a Western team.
Hahaha!! I thought the same way as Dunigan. It feels like Stamps gave this win to Montreal.

Unfortunately Tate needs the team intact to have success; maybe he is just rusty. Seems to me all the Als had to do was cover the short part of the field to Tate's right because he refused to look at receivers to his left and can't get the ball deep. Pretty much they need to cover 15 yards deep and from mid field to the sideline to Tate's right, that's pretty easy. Another issue was Tate's accuracy, he was missing wide open receivers.
Like I said, maybe still rust, let's see how things look next week.
