Was very impressed by him today at training camp! Guy was a beast and has better hands than I thought he would. He absolutely destroyed Cundari in the corner today

Wolf was the highest corsi for the visiting Flames in Edmonton. One of few who remained in the pluses.

Wolf was struggling with the puck alot, that being said, his skating didn't look to be a hindrance for a guy who will be a bottom 6er.

So not a big physical game from wolf tonight which I found interesting as he said that he likes to throw a big hit to get himself into the game. I also felt he kept a good pace and did win some good puck battles in the corners. I remember a nice play in the first where he grabbed the puck at our blue line and just skated through the oilers defence to carry it into the offensive zone. Hoping to see him again on Wednesday as I think now that his first game jitters are gone, he can show off what he really brings to the table. This guy is way more intriguing than Cervenka and IMO plays a style that will fit this team well.

As mentioned in the PGT...

By the way, Wolf has a reporter from his homeland working on a season-long documentary.

If this is a video documentary, hopefully a subtitled version is available when this is released. Sounds like a really neat thing and I wonder if the Flames will allow this reporter to get some behind the scenes access. Anybody have any more info on it?
