I'll assume this was in reference to my post, I didn't mean it as an attack/short coming on the service, just a minor criticism of the fact that I'm meeting a stranger in a parking lot, at night. A big vehicle magnet like this would go a long way in increasing the visibility of a vehicle full of strangers coming to drive your car home.

It was - you didn't suggest an alternative - like the magnet... I was thinking you were expecting a fleet car or sedans - the Magnet is not a bad idea actually, still it seemed like a niggling thing to comment on. For me they usually pull in and call my cell or I'm on the phone with them as they pull up, so it has always been very obvious who they are and why they are driving into the "dark" parking lot towards me - "ok I think I see you, are you in the blue jacket? ok great, that's us in the Honda" - kind of thing. All the same my comment may have come off a little more hostile than intended.

Ahh fair enough. In my experience (the single time I've used them) there wasn't the "ok we're pulling into the lot" phone call. I saw a car that had the paper up in back window that looked like Keys Please and flagged 'em down, but like I said, increased visibility would have helped a bit.

The personal cars are fine, it would just be helpful to differentiate themselves when pulling into a parking lot.
