I manage a shop with two different unions. The one union is full of horribly entitled members who try to get away with as much as they can, and the other is very good at what they do, and at times I forget that it's a union shop because it just never comes up. We operate like a regular business.

I'd say the membership of both unions are both predominately right leaning.

Yeah, I've belonged to a union most of my life and it's surprising that a lot of union members don't know which side one's bread is buttered on. Of course with my politics, you could say the same about most of the population.
