Wow, does Florida ever blow. They don't even look like they're trying to complete a pass out there, let alone pretend to compete.

So with Pitt's win, we can probably assume that they finish 2nd (they can do no worse) and their draft pick would be as follows:

30th: SC Champs
29th: cup finalists
28th: conference finalists and Chi is not the other conference finalist
27th: Pit and Chi are the two conference finalists
26th: Pit doesn't make the final four, but Chi does
25th: neither Pit nor Chi make the final four

However, there is still a chance that they can catch Chi for the President's Trophy. The good news in that regard is that Chicago's game against the Flames my still matter.

Panthers with only 13 shots on net in another beatdown. The NHL should start fining teams for not competing.

Thought that was what you wanted the Flames to be doing?

It is pretty pathetic that one of the Islanders or Jets will make the play-offs and possibly both.

I know people always hated Daryl's "if we were in the East" but seeing these two garbage teams just shows how bad the East really is.

The Islanders are not garbage anymore. Get used to it.

Outside of Tavares that is a bad, bad team.

I give them credit for Tavares though, he is great.

Moons opinion on the 80s Oilers: only won cups cuz of bad goaltending in that era

LOL...no they arent.

You haven't a clue if that's what you really believe. Lots of good young pieces there moving forward and are already playing quite well.

Your opinions on things are laughable and always skewed towards "it sucks".

Watching the 2 Alberta teams play, illustrates the garbage exists in the west as well!

The Islanders secondary players have been awesome this year as well, guys like Okposo, Bailey, Nielsen, Grabner etc. They are one of the top offensive teams in the league I believe. Nabokov has had a great comeback season as well.
