Yeah, not really sure why they'd recall a goalie given the looks they had earlier. Feaster did say that Taylor has an MCL sprain so it has to be Irving.

Feaster says he think's there's 4 elite prospects in the top. MacKinnon, Drouin, Jones, Nichushkin no doubt.

No doubt?
No Barkov?

No doubt on the first 3. I think there are a good deal of people that put Barkov in over Nichushkin though.

reading between the lines. We need to have a top 4 pick. Intend to bring the farm team up to get there...even Irving if need be.

Curious to know who the guy was who they swapped with Sven in their draft order. Doesn't sound like it was someone who's had a lot of success.

IMO, if Nichushkin was a Canadian or Swed, he'd go top 2-3.

IIRC, it was Ryan Murphy.

I don't like Feaster, but I applaud him pulling out all stops to lose the remainder of the games. May the force be with you, laddy.

Jones, MacKinnon and Drouin, no doubt. More major scouting services/groups/lists have Barkov over Nuchishkin than the other way around so who knows about the 4th.

Lots of doubt there. Seems like you put Nichushkin ahead of Barkov for who knows reason.

I was thinking it was Mark McNeil judging from how they feel about the pick now, and him topping out due to physical maturity in his draft year

possible, but I guess he'd also be higher for a lot of people if he hadn't signed that 3-year-contract in the KHL.
Nishushkin seems like a very good prospect, but if I had to choose between him and Barkov, I'd take Barkov in a heartbeat.

My guess is that the 4th is whomever they end up picking. Setting up the PR.

I think it was:
Mark McNeill
or
Joel Armia
