The shorts in women's beach volley ball keep getting smaller every Olympics.

I'm about 99% certain that the IOC (or whoever) actually legislated those rules. I'm not even kidding. They made rules that the shorts can only be a certain length.

I'm pretty certain that is Anna Kournikova. Cibulkova doesn't look like that, although she is still a good-looking girl. I was at Wimbledon on Saturday and was courtside for the doubles match of Cibulkova/Hantuchova vs. Hlavackova/Hradecka (which was an amazing sight to behold). Cibulkova was probably the third hottest on the court behind Hantuchova and Hlavackova, who both looked to be at least 6' tall with amazing bodies. Cibulkova was the shortest.

I've heard the opposite, that the IOC is requiring those short shorts to be covered up for the upcoming Olympics. I do hope that's not the case since I'll be almost courtside for that as well!

ATHENS - Greek triple jumper Paraskevi Papachristou was withdrawn from the London Olympic Games on Wednesday after causing an uproar at home for tweeting what was seen as a racist slur, the head of the Greek Olympics team said.
Papachristou's tweet prompted calls from political parties to cancel her participation for tweeting the offending message.
"With so many Africans in Greece... the West Nile mosquitoes will at least eat homemade food!!!" she had posted on her Twitter account.
