When the guys from 1800gotjunk they seemed pissed off about their job. They told me they get 13/hr but if they made over 1701 in sales they would get an extra profit share bonus, but it only is about 20-30 bucks a day. Quite sad. I am going to stay with the smaller 'mom and pop' business where you give them 100 in cash and they will do their best.
