definitely not itrade, they are the most expensive of the bunch. CIBC has great trade prices and the app is a breeze, i'd start there if I was going to do it again.

I've been trying to find something to replace Google Finance as they are apparently eliminating their portfolio tracking feature. I've been using this Google spreadsheet over the past week and it's pretty good after some minor tinkering with it. The one quibble I have is that I invest in some penny stocks and it only gives you stock prices to the nearest cent instead of half-cent.
