Elson continues to impress me, and my man crush on Brodie remains the same. He reminds me of Leopold at the offensive blueline as he can knock down passes even when they're knee high and he changes the angle well to get his shots through really well.

Hudler and Raymond looked good on the same line. Monahan was the centre.
Yonkers is one big guy, could have ended Gaudreau if he wanted.
I thought Epson, McGrattan, Brodie and Smid all looked good in the first scrimmage.

Looks like he may have assisted Hudler's goal, or at least was in on the goal, because on the FlamesNation liveblog for today they have Team B's first goal from either Monahan or Hudler, Ryan Pike wasn't sure.
