I was hoping for more commentary on Ras’ huge fan. Ive never seen one where the puck was 5 feet behind the guy and he didn’t know.

Yeah, absolutely.
This team rides positive emotion. If something goes well early, it sets the tone. Also, the Sens are the 2nd worst team in the league ahead of only Detroit...so, yeah

I wonder why among fans it’s taboo to say shutout when a goalie is nursing one, but it’s fine to say hat trick when a player has two goals.
Hattricks are rarer than shutouts.
