Couple of nice passing shots by Felix to get the hold. That should plant a seed in Cressy's head that the approach shot needs to be better.

I mean, if Cressy keep serving like that last game (especially under pressure), he's going to be impossible to break.

126 MPH second serve by Cressy at 9-9 in the tie-break.
Edit: Welp, will Felix will need to go five sets now.

Well this would surely be the worst loss of his career if Felix can't turn this around.

Felix has 20 winners to 7 unforced errors in set 3 and it's still not enough to win the set.

We mentioned before, Cressy would be a nightmare draw on grass. He's been good this year overall too, ranked 45 in the world now. He was outside the top 100 at the beginning of the year.

Uh, why? This is absolutely not the case. It's not even close. I wouldn't even blame him for losing if this kept going the way it's been going.
Meanwhile my decision to ignore Denis until he wins a couple of matches seems to be the right one; absolutely creams his lesser opponent in set one and then...

Yeah, this is more a case of a horrible 1st round draw for Felix against a guy who has a fantastic serve-and-volley game that anything Felix is doing wrong out there today.

If you want to win majors you are gonna have to overcome tough draws. If Felix were dictating play and a victim of some bad luck, fine, but he's been pushed around a bit here. Almost a full KM more ran than Cressy.

Case in point - Sebastian Baez (clay court specialist and seeded #31) blitzed through Taro Daniel (ranked #118) in straight sets.

That's all well and good, but to call this the worst loss of his career if he doesn't come back to win is something I can't get onboard with. It also takes away from the fact that Cressy is playing some very fine tennis today.

Nadal was being pushed around in sets 3 and 4 by a guy I never heard of and had a 0-2 record at majors. Grass tennis is weird and unpredictable

Cressy now is framing volleys and they're going for winners.

If Felix can force a fifth set, there's a good chance this match doesn't finish tonight.
