Which is significantly better than the other team in this game, who has legit missed the playoffs 12 of 13 years.

Mcdavid should know the risks of charging hard like that, that is the risk. Not many teams play him physical enough. However I hate to see that, that likely is a broken tibia or fibula. Better than a ligament though. Gio played it hard, dont love the play but it was not dirty. Like the reactions of all players. But really we are lucky Smith is not hurt either

And anyone can see it was a hockey play. Yeah a trip, sort of, and call worthy enough but that's it. Oiler players see that too.
