I've watched almost all of Burns' documentaries the man is a master and his voice-cast is, as you mentioned, absolutely top-notch.
Peter Coyote, Paul Giamatti somehow get Liev Schrieber in there to narrate my life story and they'd make my otherwise unexceptional life seem fascinating.
