Sorta. He was actually waived and sent down too and then only got another chance after Hiller went down. At that point Ramo did play better, though still average at best.

Ramo is what he is, Ortio may become more. It's almost like they should be handled differently considering Ramo is nothing special but we don't know that's what Ortio will be.
