Moon your delusional man. How did Crandell do nothing in the grey cup he threw 2 touchdowns. Burris had 1. Crandell played a great game and so did Burris. The Stamps defense had more to do in 08 then the 01 team. Montreal scored 18 points the defense made 2 huge interceptions. No one is taking anything away from Burris, he has put it together just once though and that's a fact. He has had more to do with our failures then anyone. He had a massive amount of turnovers in the playoffs.

Calgary was trying to run Ray the whole game and they attempted to injure him, even on the last play. Didn't work this time.

With a healthy kicker the Stamps are probably 4-0.

Hank, please stop throwing the ball 30 yards, when we only need 10!

I'm not liking Dickenson's play selection at all. For one, they aren't running the ball enough; even when (like today) it seems to work, they use it a bit and then it's back to the pass. Second, there seem to be an inordinate number of passes wide and nothing in the middle of the field. Burris is always throwing 30-35 yards to get 10, or 20 yards to get 5. The only short passes seem to be the screens and dump passes that the opposing defence sniffs out 2 times out of 3.

I'd like to see some slants and more of the quick passes right off the snap, like the ones he threw to Lewis to finally get the offence started. Plus, much more Reynolds and Cornish. They should be like Edmonton with a 1/1 pass/run play selection ratio - they have two great backs, so USE THEM.

Yep, Dickenson's play-calling is not bad but he's got the wrong QB to do it. Burris isn't one to throw dinky 2 yard passes (the old West Coast offense). Burris needs to drop back and look for the deep ball or scramble and use his legs. Throwing quick 2 yard passes takes away Burris' legs which even at his age now, are still a weapon.

We've got two running backs who can easily run 5 yards, why throw 1 yard screens? Dickenson has designed an offense that his personnel cannot execute.
