IMO It’s a brutal apology. Read a 30 second PR statement that he was forced to read and then refused to take questions.

I wouldn't be surprised if Bass is internally "suspended". As in he's not going to play for a while but will still be with the team so that the PA doesn't get involved. Then theyll figure out what to do with the situation.
