Masai Ujiri did such a good job. Recognizing that his team didn’t have it and they weren’t attractive to free agents so pushed the chips to the middle twice with Khawi and Gasol with the downside being a rebuild.
He also fires the coach because the assistant was a better fit.

I’m a Raptors fan from waaay back. I think I started following when they were playing the Bucks and was curious if they would advance, but I might have looked at the scores when they played Philly or Orlando. Congrats to the Raptors and their fans though!
Anyway, I just wanted to post and say that was the worst ending for what could/should be an iconic moment. So lame that a guy calls a timeout he doesn’t have, they stop the clock and it drags on.

I mostly agree, but we do need to give MLSE so much credit. A lot of us never thought they would go well into the luxury tax. They've made serious commitments to making this happen and let Masai do his job.
