Good shift.
But why is Weegar taking a slapper with nobody in the same province as the goalie? What a wasted opportunity.

I'm listening to Millen, and he's just talking to my one big frustration with the Flames.
There is NEVER any desperation from them, and there hasn't been for seasons. It's like every game for them doesn't mean anything. Even in their literal season-ending games, there is NO desperation. No drive. No emotion. No nothing.
I just don't understand it. It really feels like the Flames just don't care about actually competing, which is a weird thing to see in professional athletes.

When will Sutter finally realize the lines DO NOT work. July?

All that pressure against a tired Ducks line and Weegar gives Gibson an easy glove save to end possession... Stupid.

If I said that Kadri beat McDavid in an accuracy competition no one would believe it. But somehow its true

Why did Weegar shoot that? Lindholm, Pelletier and Toffoli were having a shift.
Also, do the Flames know they need to win?

I’m not seeing this lack of caring/effort that others are. The team is working the system and executing it as they should be.
They’re outshooting the opposition 23 to freaking 11. Effort is not a problem here.
Lack of skill and a poor/ineffective system is the issue.

If he's still around next year I'd be shocked if Kadri and Huberdeau aren't still together. Not sure why, but they will be.

I hate how sutter doesn’t reward good games by players. Dube is playing good, Richie is playing bad, swap them at least to finish the game.

Put #%^*ing Dube on that line!

The nice thing about Ritchie is even though he has stone hands he does not really throw the body around. Sometimes big guys like him can hurt people but he really does not hit people so the chances of someone getting hurt are low.
