Especially considering they have the cap space to sign Higgins if/when he becomes a UFA.
EDIT: The Bengals also have like $94M in cap space next year, so they could easily re-sign Higgins if they want to.

Definitely not a good team but they do enough on defense to stick around in pretty much every game and find a way to win. I've been expecting them to tank and be near the bottom of the league for about 4 years now and it just doesn't happen.

The Bears came close to winning but then realized they need the draft pick more. Not over yet but with the way they have called plays in the 2nd half it is clear they are giving up the TD to Detroit here.
Respect the tank, I guess but has to be miserable to be a fan of that team.
