So the Stamps finish the season with the Argos at home and the Elks on the road which could be a nothing game for Edmonton. 11 wins is certainly possible.

Yep a Winnipeg win tonight will eliminate the Elks.

Scoring Winger

Hypothetically if BC, Calgary and Winnipeg win all their remaining games. Who hosts the west semis? BC has the tie breaker on Calgary, Calgary has the tie breaker on Winnipeg, and Winnipeg has the tie breaker on BC. Or am I missing something?

I think it would be based on combined record in games vs the 2 other teams.
Stamps are 3-2 vs Bombers and Lions
Lions are 2-2 vs Stamps and Bombers
Bombers are 2-3 vs Stamps and Lions
So Stamps would host Lions; Bombers would cross over.

Nic Demski got injured and will not return to tonight's game - I think he's more important to the Bombers offense than Oliveira.

Looks like the Stamps will need to win next week to secure their playoff spot.

Yeah, no playoff clinching spot for the Stamps tonight, but if they win their last two games, they will avoid the cross-over which I think is the most desired outcome.

Maybe. I don't know if the Stamps can beat the Lions. Then again, I don't know if the Stamps can beat the Alexander-led Als. Kind of a crapshoot either way. It's so sad to think that this team won't be hosting a playoff game after being 8-3.

Either way it's going to be tough, but I think I'd rather play under the dome at BC Place and take all the weather variables out of the equation. That said, BC takes on the Elks next week at BC Place who are still alive for the playoffs, that's nor going to be a gimme for the Lions.

You must be under some impression I think the Bombers are good this season.

Not at all, I'm just saying that the Grey Cup game is very unpredictable and we quite often see upsets. As a Stamps fan, I thought the Stamps were the much better team in both 2016 and 2017, but they lost both of those games to the Redblacks and Argos respectively.
If you were to ask me who the best team in the East is right now, I would say Montreal mainly because of their defense. That said, Davis Alexander can extend plays with both his arm and legs and is a difference maker for that team. That's why I don't think the cross-over is the way to go and why no team has made the Grey Cup game as a cross-over team.
