Massive choke on the horizon as Naomi Osaka has blown a 5-1 third set lead against Madison Keys. All level now.

Pretty wild final set between Osaka and Keys. Osaka was up 5-1 and has let Keys tie it up at 5-5. She was two points from victory. Brutal!

Yeah it's over now, she has some tears out. Keys probably won't lose another point.

Age and inexperience looks to have bit Osaka. That is a horrible way to lose a match (if she does lose.)

Love seeing the American commentators talk about what an epic comeback this is by Keys. I know they gotta blow anything American, but come on. This is one of the hardest implosions ever to watch.

Sock knocked out Cilic. That's a good win.

Nice win for Keys and a tough result for Osaka.

Well Osaka is young, but still this can be the kind of loss a player never recovers from. Definitely one of the hardest ends of matches ever to watch.

Of course Ryan Harrison predictably got blown out in his follow up to beating Milos.

Baghdatis vs Monfils in the 4th round would be fun.

Back to back walkovers for Novak, and all of a sudden he's looking like the big favorite again. Basically gets 5 days off between his first and fourth round matches.

I bet if you were to ask him, he'd like to have played even if his wrist still isn't 100%. that's a huge disruption in the normal rhythm of a slam, he's probably going to re-accumulate opening match rust. if his next opponent comes in all tuned up already and Djoker still has to find his timing, he could find himself having to waste energy digging out of an early hole.
crystal ball still tells me this is Andy's to lose. there still isn't enough buzz about how amazingly consistent he's been all year.

Normally I would agree, but Isner is his likely next opponent. He could be at 10% of his normal abilities and cruise in that match. Novak needed some time to get his wrist right, and he's got that now. Isner as a tuneup is perfect for him.
