If the Flames don't win tonight the chance of playing the Ducks will be slim to none.

I was leaning towards Chi, but with all the BS I've heard out of Anaheim this week, I hope we get them. Show their fans that we can win there when it matters most.

It wasn't a great hit, but I highly doubt that Mark Giordano of all people went after Fowler intending to take out his knee. That's just not the kind of player or person he is.

I want Burke to come out and drill Murray in the media. Let's get this going then. I'd sooner go to war with a Captain like Gio than cowards like Kesler and Bieksa.

Giordano has more class than the entire Ducks team put together.
Total hypocrisy. Makes me want the Flames to stick it to them even more.

You could see Giordano leaning in with body for an obvious check attempt, while watching the puck, ended up only striking the knee. So obvious by his movement and the fact he wasn't looking for the knee that there was no intent.

I have no respect for Bob Murray after listening to these crybaby comments. As always the big bully turns into a big baby when they end up taking more bruises than they are used to.

Lots of video around of the knee on knee hit by Giordano on Ryan (while he was a Duck) from a few years ago, if that's what you mean.
If I was Murray, I'd say the same thing. Which doesn't make it correct.

Ducks. We need to slay the beast head-on if we are ever going to be a contender.

We are going to win against SJ.
Means we are all but certain to play Ducks in the first round.
I didn't want it, but here it is - so bring it on.
We can beat those cheap shot dirty ex-canucks.

What better time to end the damn Honda center curse than now? With the build-up between the Flames and Ducks during the last week it would be really be sad to not see a playoff series between them. Bring on the Ducks! It's gonna be a great series, and we will win.

What have the Flames possibly demonstrated to show they can get over that hump?
They look like a shell of a team against the Ducks. The team has taken steps forward this year but I don't see any gap we've closed on the big skilled core of the Ducks.
Tough draw, if we do in fact play them.

Clearly Mr. Murray expects the Ducks to play the Flames in the first round. Playing those mind games.

Normally I'd agree and say yes - but the Honda curse survived intact the last playoff series that we swore would break the curse.
I'd say rest all your key players vs. SJS and pray Nashville can beat Winnipeg.

I feel like I've been watching a different games than anyone else
Last game was all flames and the game before was even
At the risk of sounding oilerish the flames have looked much better than anahiem in the last few games but have had bad puck luck
