Solid way to clinch and the ground we made up on the Sharks is tremendous. 1 point behind when it looked like they would clinch Pacific on March 1

This team is good.
Counting forwards and D, only 8 Oilers players have at least 10 goals. Flames have 12. We have better depth.

He's in there very quickly. As they're walking into the room, they go past Andersson, Lazar, and Freddie, who are all in shirts and ties. Then, they walk through the door and around the corner. Wideman is the first one to greet them. He's wearing workout gear.

Also, with regards to Johnny, you can see him sitting in his stall in the corner when Gulutzan is doing the handshakes, but the camera pans away before the coach gets to him. That would be why he didn't get a handshake at the end.

Thanks. I was hoping some other sharp-eyed fan might have seen Wideman in there somewhere. I was watching it on a mobile device.

Juat one mans opinion.
The negative spin is them even bringing up the 5 years before the last playoff appearance. They could have said "flames make the playoffs for the 2nd time in 3 years" instead of " the 2nd time in 8 years"

In the words of Archie Bunker. Dingbats!

I thought Evan's was solid in his 32 seconds ice time.

Very proud of this team for turning this season on its head, after an abysmal start.

Coaching staff deserves a lot of credit for adjusting as necessary, and implementing a system that the entire team has committed to.

This team could do a lot of damage; I'm so excited!

I agree completely.

And applaud the proper use of the semicolon.

Just sobered up enough to re-watch some of it myself. Gaudreau is insanely amazingly slippery. Anyone else taking that suicide pass from Bennett would have been destroyed by that D.
