Takeaways from first period:

-Country music sucks
-I forgot how awesome Motley Crue is
-Penticton has the loudest fans in Canada (according to the announcer, but I couldn't hear it)
-No matter how loud you play Boot Scootin' Boogie it does not get people pumped up, even if you tell them to
-Canucks fans are largely idiots

Wow, Flames suck. We have no future, apparently. Trade Monahan, Baertschi, and everybody else too! Fire King, Burke, Feaster, Hartley, Ward, and whoever the hell that Bean guy is! Joni Ortio can run this team.

Alright, let's hope for some good stuff in the second period.
