Bianca put up a great fight today but falls in the Austin final to Lanlana Tararudee 3-6 6-3 3-6. Supposedly, Bianca is playing a Miami qualification match on Sunday, but I wonder if it will be rescheduled, that's a really tight turnaround.

The way Medvedev is playing I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he won Indian Wells. At a +350 underdog to win I think that's terrific value for anyone that likes to bet on matches.

I posted earlier that it's pretty clear he's over his shoulder injury and the clearest indicator of that is how well he is serving. His flat ground strokes were just zooming through the court versus Charlie yesterday. I think he's got a good chance at beating Sinner today.

You can't hope to win against Sinner, letting an easy volley at the net go because you're hoping it will go out costs Meddy the first set.

Bianca advances to the final round of qualies with a hard fought 4-6 6-1 7-5 win over Lamens. The rain that washed away all play yesterday certainly benefitted Bianca giving her that extra day of rest.

Just now, Liam Draxl has also advanced to the final round of qualifying taking out Garin in three sets (lost the opening set before rallying to take the next two).

Bianca can certainly win this final round qualification match, but she has to be running on fumes with all the tennis she has played recently combined with flying across the country.
