Late to the slate on this one, but have been “enjoying” Killing Eve with Sandra Oh. Bit of a noir dramedy … kind of an odd piece, mostly written by Phoebe Waller-Bridge who seems to have a nose for weird things.
Been re-watching The Wire on nights where I'm solo, or the wife is busy/wanting to watch her own show. Enjoying it just as much on the second viewing. Just got the Senator Clay Davis intoduction but not the first "sheeeeiiiitttt" yet haha.

Funny timing it actually made me think of the Wire a bit. These mob bosses get their fingers into prison systems, politics etc. Am enjoying it! It's alot of TV as well.. I think about 5 seasons. I'm only in season 1

Although I do miss the President. Glad we got some more flashbacks. And hopefully the baby doesn't become a central feature in the action from here on out. But these 4 episodes have been great and love it when he woke up and asked where he was. To which she replied "You wouldn't believe me". Having that part set in Graceland was an inspired choice.

Just started another viewing as well! Same deal, something to watch when the wife isn't home.
Loving it as much as ever. Still on season one

Thinking of watching the new Young Sherlock on Prime.
Has anyone tried it? Worth the watch?
wife and I have watched the first two episodes.
Pretty entertaining.
2nd episode was better than the first and had me looking forward to the next episode.

3 Body Problem season 2 is going to be 6 episodes, down from 10 in season 1. I could blame D&DB, the showrunners, since they've pulled that #### before, but the studios are doing this more and more.
This story requires a deep dive, and books 2 & 3 require more than 1 got, not less.

Any word on episode length? Pretty lame if true. The first season definitely didn't drag and was pretty dense with material. This show doesn't need to be more compressed.

With such a large gap in production cycles and studios constantly bawking at costs, along with other genral f###ery, a person is better off just reading the books.
We've had to wait far too long for a second season.

I am making my way through A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. My goodness is it amazing. It’s brought back my love for A Song of Fire and Ice and everything about the world in those books. That feeling you had when you couldn’t wait for the next Game of Thrones episode? You get that feeling with this series. The reason I’m posting now after episode 4 vs after I’m done is because of the small little throwbacks to the GoT series. I won’t spoil it but when it happened it brought a huge smile to my face

I'm on episode 7 now and the show holds up. Pretty good for something I had no idea was even coming.
I'm also watching Shrinking and just finished Season 1. What a great show with a lot of likeable characters. It's almost strange that the cast has so much chemistry with one another.
