The Leadership, who's going to wear the As after the trade deadline?
Huberdeau is done for the season. Weegar and Andersson are gone. Kadri and Coleman could both be on the way out before the deadline. So who gets to wear the As for the rest of the season?
My guess: Bahl, and one of Whitecloud and Farabee.
I don't think Coronato, Zary, Frost, or Sharangovich lead enough on the ice to get an A.
So who do you think gets it, and who might benefit the most from being thrust into a leadership role?

I could see Coronato getting a part time letter. Seems like a very well liked “lead by example” guy. Could be a nice step for him

I think Whitecloud is a strong possibility. He's a level-headed guy, which is something you need on a losing team, and from what I hear, he's respected by pretty much everyone he's worked with in both Vegas and Calgary.

If Pospisil could stay healthy he would be a guy I might give the A to.
From what I heard Maatta is another guy the Flames are looking for some leadership from, but I don't think he gets an A.

I think Maatta needs to prove he still belongs in the NHL. Hopefully, the change of scenery will do that.

I like his game lately (more than Frost). He can take over Coleman’s role somewhat.

Gotta think it’s Lomberg and Bahl likely. Though Whitecloud would be an option as would maybe Coronato?

Coronato seems to be a leader among the younger players.

My guess is Kadri isnt moved by deadline. Coleman is. We're stuck with Huberdeau.

Unless you are Ray Bourque going to the Avs, I am not convinced about Whitecloud or Maatta getting a letter with only like 10 games in a Flames uniform.

If Troy Brouwer can get an A before playing a single game here, we can give one to Whitecloud
