Do I see a world where both are moved…Yes but Calgary is going to have to eat something bad or take an offer less than ideal. One retention spot is well a pain to say the least.
I think Coleman is more desired league wide, while I think Naz has more desire to move on.
I expect to see Calgary weaponize the cap space abit based on my conversations today. 44 Million in cap space. A couple Names I’ve heard are Bjorkstrand, Laine.
Lomberg, Pachal, Hanley, Mack’s name continue to be out there.

Isn’t this is what having all the cap space is about? Maximize returns by taking “bad” money back? Yeah, sucks that we only have that one spot left but take money back to improve the return.
Imagine we don’t get Whitecloud if we don’t retain on andersson but man it would have been nice to have those spots for Coleman and Kadri. Not sure if Vegas had additional money to send back which would have saved the retention spot. But have to get creative and have to figure a deal is there.
Fingers crossed that Conny can figure it out and move kadri and Coleman. Hope the market doesn’t continue to shift away from us. Boom all we can do but remain hopeful.
