Dude, that was like a decade ago. You're defending a grown man because someone called him quirky. If that's what you want to do, then by all means do it, but Scorp is an adult, probably doesn't need your defending, and probably doesn't need defending from something that didn't happen.

In a personal level insiders and so called insiders and non insiders keep it coming as this is the trade and SPECULATION thread and personally dont give a crap if a shred of it is close or changes 3 seconds after the gif is posted.

As fans we get about .3 % of the actual information so what else do we have except conversation about our speculation?

To the matter at hand one team who was vocal then seemed to go no where are the islanders? I wonder if they do something rash or have they changed direction?

I have never understood purposely going out of ones way looking for confrontation on the internet, seems incredibly emotionally exhausting to me. I can't help but feel some empathy for people who need attention so badly they purposely try to make others angry. Can people just chill out? This thread is so much fun when there is constructive discussion and information on trades whether you believe it or not.


Anyway that's my rant. I normally obviously stay out of this stuff and probably should keep doing so, but it just sucks coming here and seeing all the good vibes and trade discussion derailed when ive had a ####ty day and look forward to this time of year.

Guys, if you can give the trashing both ways, a bit of a break? Sifting through this is a bit annoying. One minute we're talking potential trades, next sifting through digs at one another, then back to trades. It's just a bit much when it erupts and snowballs.

Honestly it just seems like another insecure poster that seems sad other people might know more than them, and are getting the attention that they think they deserve.

If people don't like it, then just ignore the thread.

On the morning of the Andersson traded I posted "Happening today", in this very thread. And I did text a former NHL (flame) player who's a buddy of mine and they did say " I have no f'n idea" lol. So you know, your take is certainly an interesting one. Or maybe I just think the gif parade is a little over the top and you should curb your dollartree therapy.

No, it seemed more like one poster expressed his feelings towards gifs followed by three straight pages of posters complaining about the complainers...complainer, and expressing support for the insiders.

Its the pages and pages of responses piling on one poster that doesn't enjoy the gifs and had the audacity to express it that realky took this thing way off course. Learn to ignore a damn comment or poster, this level of response is awful to sift through, lol. These derails always get a plethora of beat down and ass kissing posts that receive dozens of thanks, so at least there's that.
