No, but you are being very silly.

Celebrini is awesome, sky's the limit for this kid. Just sucks he'll be in our division for the next decade+.

Just so good, so talented, but plays the right way and just works so hard.

Similar to Crosby, but not as entitled as Crosby was at times at the same age.

The McDavid pass to Mackinnon will get all the love, but the first Celebrini pass out of the corner to McDavid is what creates the pressure. Most people would have thrown that around the boards to McDavid. But for Celebrini to throw that out of the corner to McDavid the way he does is what gets Finland out of sorts.
There is something incredibly enjoyable about watching Celebrini play, even when he's playing against you. Seems like a really likable dude too in his interviews.

He should stop playing without a mouthguard though, he's giving kids bad influences.

Yeah just saw Finland got outchanced something like 30-13, so Saros definitely kept them in it

I'm just glad McDavid decided to play the best hockey of his life while he's wearing a jersey I can root for.

Even as a caricature you're pretty boring. Step your game up like McJesus has this tournament.

Calgary folks, where are you guys trying to watch the game if going out? It sounds like everywhere that is opening at 5:30 is booked already so we may have to try the places not taking resos and doing first come/first serve like Shanks.

Love Teemu, but thats a cut and dry penalty. Sorry, your stick hit his face. It's one of the few penalties that just are, no discretion.

Thank you Suzuki, Marner, Theodore and Nate Dogg for pulling the last two out of the fire.

A little too close for comfort but we made it through.

With Barkov I can see Finland having a real chance in this game.

Also, we would have had an advantage in Panthers, clearly this game needed more Panthers beyond Luostarinen, Lundell, Mikkola, Marchand, Bennett and Reinhart

For me, these past two Canada games have been the best in a row that I have watched since probably games one and two of the Conference Finals vs the Sharks in 04

I haven’t jumped up and yelled / screamed F yeah like this since that run.

In all fairness, if Finland has any gripe it could be where there was contact on Saros by Marchand on the Canada goal. Haula pushed him into Saros for sure, but as soon as there is contact on a goalie there could always be an interference call. Very surprised Finland didn't challenge.

I'll never understand why players think it's a good idea to push guys on top of their goalie.

Haula is playing with fire and hoping Marchand gets a reputation call I think

We watched the first men's Canada game at Powerplay Southcentre- they have mini movie theatres showing the game and it was fun. Not sure if they are opening that early though Sunday. If so, you likely have to book - you can book a mini theatre. May be full already though?

You have to pay 25$ minimum order and you get a breakfast sandwich and a drink (caesar or mimosa), plus whatever else you want to order. The mimosas looked tiny (half a short glass full) but the caeasar was fine.
They also seemed to have the game on in their regular restaurant/pub section. Worth checking out.

I haven't watched Ruzicka in a few years either, will be interesting to see how he looks after supposedly cleaning up his act.
