But sure, have no context to your life outside of NHL hockey, lol.
Not an NHL hockey thing, it's a universal sports fan thing.
Watch soccer fans during the upcoming World Cup.
Cheering for your country while simultaneously taking shots at the players from our rival clubs is what fans do.
It's all in good fun and a weird thing to act surprised or upset about.
McDavid will be ok.

Jesus, McDavid, that's embarrassing. Rasmus Ristolainen just sons him.

I feel like Suzuki and Celebrini have been tackled or tripped with the puck near them like 6 times in this game.

Going to be 3 on 3 overtime... Don't let it get there!

Could easily have been a drawn penalty for Suzuki. Whistles away.

You think the Fins would remember their last game against the Swiss and how that went.

Just playing hang on hockey and how did that go?

This is now danger time. You apply some pressure, get a chance, it gets broken up, a rush back the other way and they score and there isn't enough time to tie it. This is the nightmare scenario.

... Also probably worth keeping an eye on how many white jerseys there are on the ice.

Mike Johnson is a really solid colour guy. A shame he doesn't call games for Rogers.

Good thing he sold that call. They weren't going to call it at first.

That is an unbelievable save by Saros, but this is all Celebrini. What a goddamn player to recognize the ref is going to set a pick for him.
