Extremely expected. Finland needs a miracle now.

Extremely close to being goalie interference too, but it is what it is.

Bennett, Marchand, Wilson. Maybe the haters will get off of them. They helped create that goal.

Yup. It's the same thing as yesterday - you finally break through, get that sense of relief, and let out a breath and pause for a bit.

Then suddenly they get a 3 on 2 with 3 minutes left and you're down and it's too late to do anything else.

Even if it stays tied and you go to 3 on 3, that's an advantage for the worse team. Anyone could get loose at in that context and you don't need to be McDavid to score on a breakaway; we just saw Haula do it.

Lol, they won't. There is a certain faction of watchers who need to be mad about someone.

They better not take the foot off the gas. Don't play scared to make a mistake.

Good on Marchand to get out of there quickly.

Celebrini is just panic shooting. Maybe needs to settle a bit.

The only thing that scares me about OT is our inability to win faceoffs.

Over a 5v5 matchup? I sure won't. Sebastian Aho can absolutely find enough space in OT to beat Binnington. At 5v5 they haven't scored - they have a PP goal on a dumb penalty and a PK goal on a bad bounce leading to a breakaway.

If you don't take dumb penalties, you are much more likely to score the next goal at 5v5 than you are at 3v3.

Bennett is a goal away from completing his special. I’m going to go with him as the scorer though nothing about his play stands out.

He's 19 in the Olympic semi-finals, he gets a pass for a couple of those
