I was just listening to a podcast where they mention she was hired on SNL but quit before she did a show because the environment wasn't for her. That's a baller move.


As a huge SCTV fan she is a legend in my mind. RIP

Well that is certainly crummy news. I assume this was unexpected or was she fighting a health issue?

She was great in so many roles, will be missed.

I was 10 watching SCTV. Absolutely hilarious. She started as a waitress at Second City. Fabulous talent. Culkin’s tribute made me cry.

She was recently in The Studio which is great.

I think I loved her in just about every single thing I saw her in, right up until the end. That’s what make a celebrity death actually tough, in my mind. This wasn’t a person who gave us great memories 20-30 years ago, this was someone still doing it today.
