What accountability should they have for killing 30,000 people?
It seems like the protests and killings have died down, and Trump’s demands are all around the nuclear programme. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like this potential intervention would remove the regime.
He talked pretty tough about not letting any protestors die, then let 30,000+ die before issuing an ultimatum about ... their nuclear program.
I expect some Israel assisted airstrikes on some strategic military/nuclear installations and a "good job, everyone" before going home.
Iran isn't Venezuela. I do not expect a Zero Dark Thirty operation.

They should be removed from power, ideally painfully. Unfortunately I don’t see military strikes accomplishing or changing their behaviour since they’ve proven they care about nothing other than their own power. Go ahead and bomb but don’t expect it to improve the lives of the citizens.

I don’t know that military strikes are the answer either. But 30000 deaths? The international community should be stepping in to help.
My hope right now is we're trying to turn this into such a cluster#### that it results in either banishments or this thread being shut down. Good on the doctor though, sign pointing for the rest.
