I could see him going for a 3rd, and then returning to Calgary this summer for a lower AAV but multi year deal

I'd do Kadri + for Wright!
That's the right way around.

I caused quite the stir, always love a good intelligent debate.
At the end of the day very happy we have this kid, important thing is, is that he appears to be developing into a solid NHL, that's what we need.
I do think though the organization is still looking to prioritize more centre drafts picks. We need some healthy competition at that position.

Don’t like seeing Kane rumoured to DAL/COL.
Need those two in a bidding war for Kadri.

You might take some credit for having an intelligent debate if you had said something intelligent yourself. From where I stand, it looks like you're just proud of yourself for trolling.

I don’t drink. I also don’t like people who post crap just to get a rise out of people. You’re a troll by your own admission.

I would hope that Kadri is worth more than a couple mid round picks. Wright does not have that high of value right now.

I doubt it. Take their contracts into account
Plus their age. Kadri is 35 and he he has been a black hole offensively

Flames could go after Noah Laba who is from the same draft class and is having a similar year. Might cost less than Wright.

The Rangers have officially said they are rebuilding, so I doubt they are looking to give up a 22 year old who is developing well. Whereas, Shane Wright is on the block and will probably actually be traded to someone
